UralChem says sanction-hit Dmitry Mazepin sells 52% in company
MOSCOW, Mar 11 (PRIME) -- Dmitry Mazepin, the Russian tycoon hit by the E.U. sanctions, has sold a 52% stake in fertilizer producer UralChem and left the position of the company’s CEO, the company said in a statement late on Thursday.
Mazepin owned 100% of UralChem previously, therefore now he owns a 48% stake in the company, UralChem said.
The company appointed Dmitry Konyayev, chairman of the board of directors, as the new CEO and Dmitry Tatyanin, deputy chairman of the board of directors, as the new chairman of the board of directors.
